A certificated in depth Team and Leadership Management course covering the modules included in the Leadership Essentials course plus additional modules with a more detailed and in depth analysis encompassing all the necessary requirements to lead and manage effectively including , role of a manager, management styles & techniques, Disciplinary framework, Recruitment & Selection Etc.

2 day Courses from £1300 per person.

TEAM MANAGEMENT & LEADERSHIP PART 2: 

A certificated  higher level overview of overall management requirements and best practices using the modules learned in part 1 as a base with final modules including , Interviewing techniques, KPI management, Action and Business planning, Commercial forecasting, people development, Negotiation Etc.
